Primary Purpose:
I am creating a site for a company named NABAT that wants to transition from in-store shopping
to creating an online store. This blog could be for people who struggle with their fashion sense
and have no idea how to piece together an outfit. The online fashion blog can be a way for
people to communicate their experience with the brand as well as shop online. Customers could
leave reviews on a product, a styling tip, a clothing care hack, etc Not only can this help a
brand’s expansion online, but it can also create loyalty within the customers. People like to be
where a community is welcoming, and I think if there were a blog to help women feel more
confident, then they would be guaranteed to come back. Aside from blog posts, I can have a
section where they can sign up for email notification on the latest deals for the brands, as well as
separate sections of the site for certain clothing pieces being showcased in an outfit.
Use Cases
Regular in-store shopper:
Someone who regularly shops in stores can visit the site. If they are unsure about how to style a
certain item they bought, they can look at the site for inspiration. They can also look at reviews to
see if that item is worth keeping or not. The outcome for them is that they can seamlessly
transition from in-store to online shopping. As well as to validate their in-store purchases. This
person would come back for the community. Styling clothing can be hard, and this site gives
women the space to figure out what they like and dislike in clothing.
Repeat blog user:
This person checks the blog every week for new updates. They check to see the latest trends,
newest stories in the fashion world, the best sales going around, etc…Even when this person is
not actively shopping on the website, they still check it here and there just for any inspiration they
might have missed or new blog posts that other people have made. This website becomes a part
of this user’s weekly routine.
